No reaction to my email from your support

when can I expect a reaction to my email from October 3:

Hi,

I’ve repeated the ID verification. My last name on the Verse card is still wrong. What can I do? Should I delete the current card and create a new one? Please advise.

Support isn’t around here, sometimes Verse Team but even them need to tell it to support
